Brick, Block & Stone Masonry

Basic principles of brick, block and stone masonry with primarily lab exercises offering instruction in brick, block and stone walls, brick columns and piers, brick pavers for patios and step construction, brick arches, chimney construction and limited concrete construction. Provides lectures for safety, estimating and measuring techniques. A Certificate of Brick, Block, and Stone Masonry may be awarded to a student who successfully completes the 32 semester credit hours of required courses.
