Cost of training offered through the Capps Center is dependent upon the instruction requested. Training is offered on a cost share basis, with the State Board of Community and Junior Colleges providing the principle source of funding. National studies confirm training pays - with satisfied employees, efficiency, and reduced labor costs!

State Share
Clients consult with our Workforce Coordinators to develop a training plan. Once training topics, mode of delivery and length of training is determined, the Workforce Coordinator informs the client of the cost.

Client Share
The amount not covered by the State Share becomes the Client Share. We encourage businesses that have determined the need for training in their organization to contact the Capps Center, 662-887-2876.
