DEADLINES

 MDCC will accept and process financial aid applications throughout the school year; however, students planning to attend MDCC in the fall semester are encouraged to apply for financial aid by the deadlines noted below.

Applicants who complete the MDCC Institutional Financial Aid Application by April 1 (December 1) will receive priority consideration for those grants and scholarships which have limited funding and allow sufficient time for corrections and/or additional requests for information from the MDCC Financial Aid Office. Federal financial aid and state financial aid have varying deadlines so be sure to check the deadlines for each type of financial aid.

Federal, state, and institutional aid awards are all allocated for no more than one (1) school year period. Therefore it is encumbered on each financial aid applicant to renew their federal, state, and institutional aid appkications each and every school year.

MDCC does not offer institutional financial aid for summer school.

IMPORTANT: Applying for financial aid is an annual process.
