Accreditation

The Practical Nursing Program is accredited by the Mississippi State Board
of Community and Junior Colleges.  The goal of practical nursing education
is to prepare graduates with the knowledge and skills needed to meet the health needs of patients in a variety of settings in the community. 

 

Mission

The mission of the practical nursing program at Mississippi Delta Community College is to prepare graduates for entry level nursing practice in a variety of health care settings in the area served by the college.
