Trojan Tailgating
The Mississippi Delta Community College Trojan Tailgate Club enters its 17th year this football season. The Alumni Association, which sponsors the annual Tailgate Picnics, welcomes all Trojan Fans to join in the fun. Tailgate picnics are on Thursday evenings at the Tailgate Area at 4:30 p.m. prior to each home football game, except the Homecoming Tailgate Picnic which is Thursday, October 21st at 3:30.
The membership fee, which is used to underwrite expenses associated with the picnics, is $20 per person or $50 per family of four.
Menus for the pregame meals may include hamburgers, polish sausage, hotdogs, grilled pork chops, or barbeque pork plus a soft drink, chips, slaw, and baked beans, with desserts provided by the Culinary Arts Program.
The tailgating area is located southeast of the J. T. Hall Coliseum between the Coliseum and the tennis courts.
