MDCC students can withdraw from a distance learning class by printing out the withdrawal form below and mailing it to the Distance Learning Coordinator (DLC) along with the withdrawal fee in the form of a check or money order made payable to MDCC. You can withdraw until 75% of the term has passed. 

The last day to withdraw is Thursday, April 1, 2010 for the spring Distance Learning Semester.

The form must be received by the DLC before the withdrawal date. If payment is not included, the withdrawal form will not be processed.

Remember:  You registered for distance learning classes through the Distance Learning Department; you MUST withdraw from distance learning classes through the Distance Learning Department.

If you registered through another school, then your withdrawal privileges are governed by their regulations. Contact the DLC at your school of registry.

You must withdraw through the school that registered you.
