Our 7th Electrical Lineman Trainee program concluded with graduation on December 12th with family, friends, and supporters in attendance. These trainees have reached the end of their 16 week intensive program designed to prepare each one for a rewarding career as an electrical utility lineman.

Many local EPA representatives and utility contractors recommend our program as the first step for anyone wanting a career as an electrical utility lineman. The EPA reps and contractors attend our competitive lineman rodeo to watch the trainees perform at the top of their game. The rodeo is a scouting opportunity to see firsthand what these trainees have learned and how they perform under real conditions.
