Mississippi Delta Community College President announces retirement

dr larry naborsMOORHEAD – The president of Mississippi Delta Community College (MDCC) will retire at the close of the 2017-2018 school year, he announced Tuesday afternoon at a meeting of faculty and staff.

MDCC President Dr. Larry J. Nabors announced his plans to retire effective June 30, 2018. Nabors said he and his wife, Tonya, have cherished their time with the college and its people.

The College’s eighth president, Nabors took the reins of Mississippi Delta Community College February 1, 2013.
