If you would like to apply for housing, you can complete the Housing Application and pay the required $75.00 non-refundable application fee online HERE.

Tours of the Edwards Stonestreet men’s and Hargett-Lee Hall women’s residential halls will be available.

Apply for Admission

For students applying to academic or technical programs:

  • Completed Admission Application
  • Official High School Transcript or GED Score Read and understand the Student/Patron Use Agreement
  • For placement purposes only - if your composite ACT score is less than 16 (12 or better if taken before October 1989), you may be placed in General Education courses.
  • Allied Health and Technical Programs may have additional requirements (contact the department for details).

 For students applying to career programs:

  • Completed Admission Application
  • Official High School Transcript
  • Read and understand the Student/Patron Use Agreement
  • High School Graduate, or have successfully taken the GED

STEP 3

 

Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid at MDCC, a student must:

  1. Submit an application for admission to the college.
  2. File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) listing the MDCC college code: 002416. This application is available on the web at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The results of the FAFSA application (filed on-line or paper) will be transmitted electronically to the MDCC Financial Aid Office; therefore, paper results (Student Aid Report – SAR) need not be delivered to the school. Be sure to sign your FAFSA electronically using your PIN#. If you do not have a PIN#, print out your signature page, sign, and mail to the address listed on the signature page.
  3. Gather income documents to support the FAFSA financial information provided and respond, promptly, to any request from the MDCC Office of Financial Aid for such documents.
  4. Meet the requirements of the MDCC Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy, if applicant has prior college credit.
