A student who remains enrolled beyond the 60% point of the semester earns all Pell Grant aid for that semester. Therefore, the student is eligible for a refund, if the award is in excess of the charges.
Pell grant refunds will be placed on your Trojan card around the 9th week of the semester.
Please monitor your student email and student account on a regular basis. When the refund process begins, you will be able to see that your student account zeroes out. The actual processing of refunds takes several days from the time your account zeroes out until the funds are placed on the Trojan cards. Once the refunds are placed on the Trojans cards, you will receive an email from the card company.
