With final exams around the corner, you might start to feel a bit stressed, overwhelmed, or worried about the end of the semester. Take a break from studying to stop by the Zen Den at the Boggs-Scroggins counseling office on the Moorhead campus (#318)! Here, you can practice de-stressing techniques, such as meditation and coloring, while learning about the benefits of taking time to relax your mind and body. The Zen Den will be open every day this week (4/22-4/25) from 9am to 12 pm. We hope to see you there!
