Professional Development Institute
All full-time employees are required to complete 10 professional development credits between January and November of each calendar year. The cut-off date for submitting credits is the 2nd Thursday in November annually. Credits cannot roll over to the next year. There are several opportunities for internal professional development through the Professional Development Institute (PDI) managed by the Office of Human Resources.
Any outside training must be approved by Dr. Steven J. Jones, Vice President of Administrative
Services. Please email requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The training sessions listed below are on-demand and may be taken at your own pace.
These training sessions are required for all MDCC full-time employees.

Once you complete these three (3) training sessions, please print, sign, scan and email a copy of the completion confirmation to email@example.com to receive your PDI credits.
NOTE: We do not need a copy of the certificate of completion you receive from our office after completion of an MDCC professional development session. We place them in your PDI folders as we send them to you.
